The faculty of the Gramon School consists of New Jersey State Certified teachers who each direct a classroom staff of paraprofessionals. The teachers work collegially with the LDTC and the reading specialists. Each teacher’s credentials are fully verified with the New Jersey Department of Education.
The staff is provided with ongoing professional development experiences throughout the school year. The professional development program is a blend of teaching issues and concerns that are specific to the Gramon School’s student population. The teaching staff is directly supported by a supervisor of curriculum and instruction, in conjunction with the school leadership team. The leadership team is compromised of the school director, principal, clinical supervisor, supervisor of technology and supervisor of curriculum and instruction.
