News - STUDENTS CELEBRATE INAUGURATION DAY
|
Members of the Gramon Family of Schools, providing individualized and innovative programs to address the special needs of students with autism and behavioral disabilities, held ‘Show America Spirit Day’ on January 20 in Fairfield. Students at the Gramon School, Glenview Academy and New Beginnings celebrated the Inauguration of President Obama by wearing red, white and blue and participating in a variety of school-wide activities. Each school was engaged in a week-long program designed to educate students, ages three to 18, about President Obama and the Inauguration. On Inauguration Day, students created artwork, essays and poems and joined with the rest of the nation to watch the live broadcast during school-wide assemblies.
